Jewel awarded at the 8th Brazilian Object Awards.

 Created in 2020, the Colar Herança was inspired by bobbin lace, a tradition that has been around for centuries in our country. Brought by the Portuguese, it was influenced by the great mix that makes up our people. From generation to generation, the threads have been woven for over five centuries. Studies indicate that bobbin lace is one of the oldest and richest cultural expressions in Brazil. Just as bobbins are made in different shapes and with natural materials available in the communities, such as pieces of wood and native coconuts, the Colar Herança bobbins were hand-carved from our regional treasure, the piassava coconut.
